After a year in the USA with our partner dealer Whitesel Organs of Harrisonburg Virginia our beautiful AGO console is back in Bicester and installed temporarily in the Catholic Church. As you see from the photograph the church has a very simple design. There is a substantial tower directly above the sanctuary and this combined with very hard walls and floors generates a very reverberant space.
The console (pictured right) has survived its two journeys across the Atlantic, outward by air and return by sea very well, but then it was packed extremely well in a purpose built crate.
